For those who are searching authentic flavours and food-lovers, Luciana and Simone prepare each day traditional regional courses, made only with the organic products from the farm.
A daily choice of simple dishes, able to recall natural tastes and new aromas, are served following the seasonal rhythms of the countryside.
The bread is baked using a natural yeast starter, pasta is homemade, pulled with the rolling pin, the cold cuts are prepared without the use of preservatives and all the meat is from free range or wild animals reared on our farm.
The vegetables and the fruits are from our garden and orchard.
The cakes are cookeed with the eggs from our chickens and the extra virgin olive oil is produced by our olive orchards. Real speciality are pappardelle with white wild boar sauce, the “crescia” on the grill and roasted meat cooked in the wood oven.
On request we prepare gluten-free menus; each day we propose a wide range of home-made products (bread, pasta, breakfast and dinner cakes), cooked in a specific area of the kitchen and always served separately.
