The accommodations of La Collina dei Ginepri are located about one kilometre from the main Villa, along the road to Gubbio.

The structure was formerly built on the highest point of Torre dell’Olmo, not far from the ruins of the medieval tower. Its position offers the best view of the valley.

A large flat with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a living room with fireplace occupies the entire first floor. On the ground floor there is a lovely double room and a family apartment.

The use of a stone barbecue is also available to apartment guests.

A secluded gazebo and the spacious back garden make La Collina dei Ginepri the ideal place to relax, away from the busy areas.

Also in this cottage each accommodation has independent heating, air conditioning and free wifi.
